When We Are Closed
There is no emergency care available at the Practice before 08.00am and after 18.30pm or at weekends and bank holidays.
If you need urgent medical assistance and you cannot wait until the surgery reopens please call 111. Your medical need will be assessed and you will be directed to the appropriate service Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.
If you have a life-threatening emergency dial 999.
From the week commencing 21st May, 2018, the practice will no longer provide ear syringing for patients unless this is required as a result of a referral to a hearing specialist. Patients can obtain this service privately if they wish to.
SURGERY CLOSED FOR TRAINING ANNOUNCEMENT
The surgery will close from time to time to allow for staff training at lunchtimes between the hours of 12.30 to 2.30 pm. The next training date will be 27th November, 2019 for which the emergency number if anyone cannot wait for the phones to be open at 2.30 will be 0739 5570625. Please note this number is only available during training times.
Academic Half Days
Academic half days are organised by the Bromley Clinical Commissiong Group who arrange training and development for Doctors and Nurses in the Bromley area. During these events Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group arrange medical cover for patients who need to be seen with a condition which cannot wait until the practice fully re-opens. If you require medical assistance when these half day events occur you will be advised by our reception staff on who to contact. Future dates to be advised:-
Every patient has a GP allocated to them known as their "Allocated Named Accountable General Practitioner'", however you can see any of our doctors and do not necessarily have to see the same one every time you attend. The named GP is printed on your prescription order. If you are not aware of your Allocated Named GP and would like to know who are allocated to, please ask at reception for details.
